CONDITIONS
1. RESERVATION (only on the reservation form)
A reservation by a tenant is always binding after completing the reservation form. The reservation is only final and valid once you have received a confirmation email from us. You automatically agree to our general terms and conditions when making a reservation. Errors by the customer during reservation are entirely at the risk and expense of the tenant. For example, a mistake in the date or chosen party material.
2. CANCELLATION
Cancellation free of charge in bad weather up to 24 hours before delivery! We do not refund money if the transfer has already been made. You will receive a voucher worth your reservation that is valid for 1 year and cannot be extended. The lessor can cancel the agreement without further consequences in the event of bad weather (a lot of rain or 5 Beaufort (30 km/h). The tenant can cancel the reservation free of charge at the latest 14 days before the delivery date. If cancellation is not made on time, 50% of the total amount must be paid. If you cancel on the day of delivery, 100% of the amount must be paid. Free cancellation in case of bad weather cannot be applied if we are already on site. This cannot be used as a reason for not being able to install the bouncy castle/ attraction because the general terms and conditions are not respected.
3. CHANGES
Confirmed reservations can be changed if communicated in time. Changes can be made no later than 14 days before the delivery date. If the party material is still available, the change can take place.
4. PAYMENT / INVOICE
Private: Cash on delivery (correct payment).
Company with VAT number: Cash on delivery (correct payment) or by bank transfer before delivery.
If payment is not made upon delivery, the party material will not be installed!
We have the right to request a deposit if there have been problems in the past.
We do not work with an advance payment, but we do with a deposit for party materials that are collected by the tenant.
If there is damage, Fabelsa BV will have it repaired and charge the tenant for this.
For companies: We can stop the collaboration if the payments are not processed correctly.
Or ask to pay for delivery.
An invoice is only drawn up once. Provide the correct billing information on the reservation form.
If you request an invoice afterwards, there will be additional administration costs!
Upon expiry of the payment term, compensation of 10% of the invoice amounts is due by operation of law and without notice of default, with a minimum of €50 as well as a late payment interest of 1% per month.
5. DELIVERY / INSTALLATION / COLLECTION BY LANDLORD (WEEKEND/HOLIDAY)
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made between 7am and 12pm*. The order is determined by us.
Free delivery <15km around Moorslede otherwise delivery costs are added for 4 trips:
delivery=to address and back to depot, collection=to address and back. Delivery costs are determined by calculation:
We look at the route on Google Maps. Example: Delivery address is 30km from the departure point.
30km x 0.50€ = 15€ x 4 journeys (delivery: to address+back and collection: to address+back) = 60€ delivery costs.
Rounding off is 22€ = 20€ / 48€ = 50€ / 45€ remains 45€.
One person must be present at delivery/collection to lend a hand (several people for obstacle courses): If not, a surcharge of 50€ will be charged (per extra person we have to provide).
Provide a good and easy passage of at least 1m50 for placement and collection. Deliveries through houses, halls or over steps we do not do! If we cannot easily get to a reachable place when we arrive, there may be an additional charge for the time we lose as a result. We may decide not to place the party equipment due to circumstances or to avoid damage. Insufficient free passage to deliver 100% of total price.
The customer is not entitled to any damages or compensation.
PLACEMENT
The party equipment is best placed on a flat and soft surface preferably grass.
We cannot place on pointy ground.
If the bouncy castle/attraction is placed on a hard surface (stone) or the supplied stakes cannot be used, the hirer must provide the necessary materials to secure the bouncy castle/attraction.
We provide the extension cable(s) for the blower(s) Additional extension cables at the customer's request for long distances are 10€/piece. A free space of at least 1m along the sides and 2m for placing the blower(s).Once set up, it may not be moved!Fabelsa BV will check after installation whether the bouncy castle/attraction inflates properly.
Upon set-up, the hirer explicitly acknowledges that he is aware of the good condition and operation of the hired goods and is familiar with their use. Photographs will be taken of the goods left behind so that the same materials can be brought back on collection. If goods are missing this will be charged to the hirer see price list.
INDOOR PLACEMENT
Indoor placement is only possible in January, February, March, October, November and December. If indoor placement is not possible, no party material will be placed and the full amount must be paid as compensation.
COLLECTION
Collections take place between 6pm and 10pm*, the last collection is at 10pm in Moorslede.
The order of collections is determined by us, taking into account the municipalities. No unnecessary kilometres are covered.
* Directions may be later due to circumstances. The tenant cannot ask for a discount/damage compensation.
6. EVENING PARTY
Are you having a late night party? Book 2 days if we will deliver/collect it. Or there is the option to pick it up/return it yourself in Moorslede. Only possible if it can be left safely in a closed location. If the bouncy castle/attraction is no longer in use, please disconnect the blower(s). Store the blower(s) and extension cord(s) indoors. Fold the walls/towers inward to prevent rainwater from entering the bouncy castle/attraction. Open the zippers to make it easier to fold. If this is not done, we charge €50/piece for extra cleaning work.
7. PICKUP / RETURN OF TENANT
We give the tenant the opportunity to pick up and return themselves in Moorslede.
Enjoy a discount with this formula, but keep in mind that a deposit must be paid upon collection. This can be paid in cash on collection or transferred separately to the account. This will be refunded after checking the bouncy castle if everything is in order.
Pick up between 9am and 11am - Return between 6pm and 8pm.
A collection form is completed with the goods that are delivered + a manual.
The deposit will be returned upon return of the goods. If damage subsequently appears to have occurred, we have the right to send a subsequent invoice for the repairs.
8. USE OF THE BOUNCE CASTLE/ATTRACTION

Only allowed under the supervision of an adult.

The renter remains responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period.

The rented material remains the property of Fabelsa BV.

Children over 12 years old and adults are not allowed to enter the bouncy castle. A bouncy castle is designed for children. Never admit more children than prescribed.

Climbing on walls/towers is strictly prohibited.

Do not enter the bouncy castle/attraction with shoes, sharp objects, food or drinks.

It is prohibited to smoke on the bouncy castle/attraction and to enter under the influence of alcohol or other narcotics.

In the event of a power failure or loss of pressure, evacuate the bouncy castle/attraction.

Animals are not allowed on the bouncy castle/attraction.

All damage other than normal wear and tear, cleaning costs caused by abnormal use will be charged to the tenant.

Please leave the bouncy castle/attraction up when you collect it.

Crocodile with splash pool, the balls must be back in the bag when collected!
9. RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for any accidents or damage during construction or dismantling and use of the bouncy castle/attraction.
In the event of theft/damage to Fabelsa BV equipment, the customer is responsible during the rental period and the purchase price or repair must be reimbursed. We can never be held liable for damage to lawns or damage to electrical installations.
The renter is always responsible for all damage to persons or objects caused by the rented material, regardless of the cause of the damage or injury.
The customer can insure himself against any accident when using the equipment rented by us with an insurance company.
10. WHAT IN BAD WEATHER
In light rain, the tenant must leave the bouncy castle/attraction inflated. In the event of heavy rain, gusts of wind and hail, the tenant must leave the bouncy castle/attraction off. The tenant disconnects the blower(s) and extension cable(s) + loose parts are taken inside.
Open the zippers and fold the walls/towers inward so that too much rainwater does not enter. Inflate the bouncy castle/attraction again after the storm . If damage occurs or additional cleaning work is required because the bouncy castle/attraction has simply been left in the rain without folding, the renter will be charged €50/piece for additional cleaning work.
Indoor bouncy castles/attractions serve as sun protection and not as protection against rain! Depending on the rented party equipment, the covered ones offer less protection against the rain, but rainwater will always penetrate. Complaints afterwards are useless.
11.COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be communicated to the lessor by registered letter within five days after receipt of the delivery.
In case of damage during the rental period, you must notify us immediately on 0470533794!
Realize that these conditions are there to make it easier for everyone because good agreements make good friends!
